DEPOSIT POLICY
Securing Your Carriage
A 50%-100% deposit is required to confirm your reservation aboard the Valora Orient Line. This gesture mirrors the etiquette of classic luxury travel — a sign of sincerity, respect, and genuine intention.
Your deposit not only secures your private carriage, but also allows me to prepare with the same care and precision that any distinguished passenger deserves.
Every journey begins with commitment. Discretion and professionalism remain constant companions throughout our voyage.
SCREENING
To maintain the refined standard of my journeys, I require a brief screening via a government-issued ID or professional verification such as LinkedIn.
Please submit your documents via email, along with the form on my contact page. Think of this as presenting your papers before boarding a prestigious European train — a simple formality that ensures safety, comfort, and exclusivity for us both.
DISCRETION

CANCELLATION POLICY
When Journeys Change Direction
Life, like train schedules, can shift unexpectedly. To honour both of our time and preparation:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Your deposit is retained but may be applied once toward a rescheduled date within 15 days.
Cancellations within 48 hours: The deposit is forfeited in full.
Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to appear: 100% of the agreed fee is owed and must be settled promptly.
These policies ensure that the time set aside for our private carriage remains respected.

Harassment, bullying, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated on the Valora Orient Line. Unacceptable behaviour may result in your details being shared with appropriate safety networks.
